CFSI problem 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe

Left bank receives minimal fuel. Exhaust manifold gets mildly warm. Right bank is fine. NOID check indicates electrical impulses are fine. Fuel pressure is fine..
Does anyone know if each bank feeds through its own orifice in the central injector?
Has anyone taken the central unit apart to see exactly how it works? Injector cleaner, Sea Foam and Lucas have been used. There was a short duration of all cylinders firing then the left bank shut down completely. It would be very unusual for all four cylinders on the same bank to stop working at the same time unless there is a common supply line.

Do you mean SCFI?

There is no central injector, that is CPI......

Each cylinder has it's own injector(that's why it is sequential)......these units have been upgraded to MPFI....

I think there is only one power leg into the unit, that provides bat voltage to all 8 injectors.....

In 1996 GM went to a Central Sequential Fuel Injection system on the 5.7 I reverse the S and F, sorry about that. One injector, eight poppet valves.

Actually there are 8 injectors & 8 poppet valves. They come out of the Fuel Meter Body.
