99 Bravada Seat Controls and Gas Gauge Issues

I have a 99 Oldsmobile Bravada and my baby is having some issues. Couple days ago I had issues getting the driver seat controls (any of them) to work, I managed to keep them to keep working for a day by wiggling the panel with the controls now its completely dead and wont work at all. This is our only vehicle and I'm 4'11" and the husband is 5'6" so this has to be fixed. Also the gas gauge is not correctly working, it will stop reading when we hit between 1/4-1/2 tank of gas, then it will go all over the place to full to making the low fuel light come on. What gives? Any solutions on fixing these issues?
