Re: I decided Im fixing it up

I saw your other post...you were sold a bill of goods on this car.....

I know you are a widow, and need some help, but you just don't become a mechanic overnight.....need knowledge and the tools.....and if you undertake this yourself, you make take this car apart and it may not be driveable for awhile....bite the bullet.....check with people, see who they recommend to fix their cars......

Re: I decided Im fixing it up

It's not a matter of getting greasy...

I work on cars and run into problems....maybe I need a tool....maybe I need advice......there is always a guy in the shop who has both.....

You can take things apart and run into problems, and then what do you do?

And all this time, you have no running vehicle.....smart thing to do is get it fixed.....lots of local schools have night time "powder puff" classes for woman who want to fix or have more working knowledge of their cars....that's something you might try.....
