2008 Rav4 4x4-considering purchase-need advice

Hey folks

I'm a regular on the Ford forum but ventured over here today as I am considering purchasing a 2008 Rav4 sport, 2.4 auto 4x4, has 103,000 km (68,000 miles). It's offered at CAN$14,995.

Looking for thoughts on this vehicle, any problems, things to look for. Also interested in you opinion on price. I haven't seen this vehicle in person, just dealer shots on the website.
