Please help a girl out with this emblem!!!

Does anyone know what this is?? My dad said he pulled two of them off of a 70's Chevy pickup (Cheyenne?) and I am desperately trying to figure out what it is. A standard emblem? Custom? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea what it is or if it has any worth for keeping...
Thanks.

Ok, so I guess I can't post a link to the image, but it is a circular emblem, approx. 5-6 in. in circ. and has a Native American head and a red S underneath.
