2014 Corvette C7R
Today, I was at Walmart and saw this for $13.
![]() Even though it is not a quality reproduction of the Corvette, it looks decent enough to use as the basis for a C7R. As you can see it has abit of a lift kit style chassis on it, would make a good offroad vehicle. ![]() Without the chassis, starting to look better. The shell is a very thin plastic and quite flexible. ![]() ![]() I started removing the decals, light covers and the glass, and think this might just make a decent curbside kit when done. ![]() ![]() ![]() Since I am in the middle of redoing my hobby room, building a new workbench and a spraybooth I cant really do much building, so I thought this would be an interesting subject to attempt. Now, if I could just find where Paolo keeps his body work skills for GT cars I might have a shot at pulling this off. David |

Re: 2014 Corvette C7R
good luck with this project. The c7 is another incredibly nice corvette around, even more imho in the le mans version.
![]() ...and they are all all winning race cars. In italy I still see around some old c5r dominating cathegory of private gt racers. Too nice subject really. Its sound is also orgasmic. Also I am always tempted to use one of the many misterious body coming from those low budget models. The body nearly Aaways looks very good.....and I still regret I miss to buy that m3e46 in 24 done as telefone for kids.... ![]() ![]()
