07 vw golf eng light

The engine light is on for my 07 VW City Golf (gasoline), I scanned and the code reading P2181 Cooling System Performance, then I checked the coolant level which is right, and the in and out hose to the radiator feels hot after running, so I think the thermostat should be OK, Anyone knows what is the problem? Thank you.

I guess water tank jam or cooling liquid route jam？

Can be, bad gassoline, spark plugs or induction coil.
