Why the Dealer Won't Fix Your Transmission Shudder
I touched on this before in my other video where I explain the shudder. In this video I go over how we test it according to Ford's test procedure so you can understand just why your trans did or did not fail as the dealer service advisor may not be able to relay the information clearly.
