2008 HD with 6.0

I changed plugs and wires over the weekend and I am now getting a code 1174. I know this is for fuel trim issue. I also put a can of injector cleaner in too. Should I run it awhile and see if it fixes itself.

why did you change wires ? what wires did you buy ? you measure the wires to check they are the proper resistance or just put them in ?

Looks like a lean condition usually caused by air getting in behind the maf, vacuum leaks near a certain cylinder skewing the balance of a/f ratio cylinder to cylinder. Google this code plenty of info.
