Coil overs wont fit in rear strut.
I have SL coilovers and tokico Illuminas. I tried to install the back first. Isn't the threaded piece supposed to go inside the spring pirch on the bottom? The threaded piece will not fit inside and go all the way to the bottom. Anyone have any expirience with this? I put the flat piece on the bottom the the spring then the adjuster at the top. Is this wrong please help.

so you put the coilover in upside-down if so you put it in the wrong way.

The threaded part doesn't fit in the strut. Isn't it supposed to bottom out in the strut? It sits half way down in the spring mount. It would eventually break. Or one side would drop lower than the other. This doesnt seem right. th way I have it seems more stable.

Thats why you should invest into a true coilover kit also shocks/struts are designed for springs not a threaded collar & some where down the road WILL break your perches.
