1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with infinity gold sound.
im trying to put in a after market radio. I have the harness into the original and it spliced into the radio power. all wires are matched up . my radio powers on but I get no sound. please help...

did you turn on the CD players internal amp ? You will have to look at the manual to make sure it is. Is the fader knob turned all the way front or back ?
