Backseat/bed.....

Hi All
My father had a stroke so we bought him a 1998 ram van with a wheelchair lift. We were told that these vans have a back seat that converts to a bed. He wants to use that feature, however I don't know how it works and he and my mother can't figure it out. can someone tell me, in simple terms, how it works so I can pass the info along to my parents???Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

thanks,
Pat

Re: Backseat/bed.....

Thank you for your response.I really have no idea if it's powered, like I said, I can't find any mechanical or electrical way to move the bed. If it is electric, where would one find the switch?
Thanks,
Pat

Re: Backseat/bed.....

The switch would be on the seat/bed itself.
