EEC relay location? 1996 aerostar. none?

no power to PCM(no engine light on ever) and no FP, at least not at the inertia safety switch...

there are three identical black four-terminal relays in the sam box next to battery and one white diode.

no brown four-terminal relay anywhere at all inthe van ive searched all day long and to no avail.

EEC relay either does not exist or is incorporated into the PCM in 1996?

ive look under all shields and all around the engnie and under all of the dash and engine compartment, over and over and over i give up


what is going on here?

Inside the drivers door remove the kick plate where the hood release is and up under the dash there is a 30 amp fuse check an see if it has blown
