Unhappy today is a $hit day

1) Well Fargo stock went down $2 and I lost $12,000
2) GE stock went down also
3) I wrecked my truck and insurance is giving me royal hell because I had a ten pound bottle in it even though it wasn't hooked up but the hoses and wires were ran. Just waiting to see what happens when they find out I have a v8 in it.

All in all today sucks goat a$$

I just spoke with my insurance agent. she told me that they can only cover stock/factory equipment on the truck. so they are giving me money for is the body minus, motor, trans, wheels, and a few other things. I told her i want to keep everything but the body if thats all they are going to cover. she said she doesn't know if they can do that. I told her thats fucking bullshit and i'm going yank it out being its still my truck till i sign it over. good thing its at a friend's shop so i can get to it. and now i'm in a royal pissed off mood

Like the man said, insurance companies suck.

They'll cheerfully take your money, and if you modify the car or fail to disclose relevant facts, they will continue to take your money even though they have no intention of paying out or refunding your premiums in the event of a wreck.
The notion that anything that is bolted on to the car is somehow part of the car,but not covered by your policy is bullshit too...

Irecall a case where a modest-priced car with a top-of the line stereo was totalled. The car was insured, but because the stereo was an aftermarket item well in excess of the insurance companes limits, they wouldn't include its value in the write off. However, because it was bolted into the car, they also argued that it was part of the car and he had no seperate title to it.Bastards.Hardly surprising that people flesh out their insurance claims when they pull stunts like that.

Be careful though, because if you rip bits yourself out of the car, I'm sure they have a little clause in there somewhere that says you're entitled to no money.

not all lawyers are bad.

My dad sues/hassles life insurance companies, and often does it for free, or little charge
