The easiest solution is to just get an alignment.

I hope you are talking KPH and not MPH because a Corvette Z06 can't even do 170mph, so I know damn well your CRX sure ain't gonna.

lower the car in the front, get a big lip ("chin spoiler"), wider wheels, roll the windows up.

Alright heres the deal, I work in a tire/mechanic shop, so I know what Im talking aobut. Get your alignment checked, because if your alignment is out, your tires will not be rolling straight, they will be tilted in or out, or slanted in or out, seriously, it will make a difference. Secondly, wider tires will help, but make sure to check the tire speed rating. The higher the rating, the better the handling, z is the best out there. Z speed rated tires are indoor tested up to 134 mph I think. The higher the rating also means stiffer sidewalls, which will also improve your handling. Wheel spacers can help a little, but not enough to make a HUGE difference. Lastly, lower your car, get a camber kit to keep your alignment straight, and get upper strut bars, both front and rear, and lower sway bars, front and rear as well. After that, little stuff like better or higher quality shocks/struts might help, but the other opotions should help out considerably. Listen to me, Ive been working with tires for a great while now, so I'm educated.

There is only one simple solution, DONT DRIVE AT 170kph

Theres a reason Honda put a speed limiter on them, its because they become dangerously aerodynamicly unstable at speeds above 180kph.

There was an EF8 that held the NZ 4cyl land speed record at 241kph, but to get there the guy had to fit a large flat, under tray, as at speeds above 180kph the car became to difficult to drive.

If you want to go that fast, then there are only two Hondas with 4 wheels you can do it properly in, either get an NSX or an S2000, or slow down!
