How do I get this off..?

I have a 91 civic hatch and I need to do some sanding on that metal peice under the tail lights of my hatch....How do i get that off?

I'm pretty sure that you need to remove your tail-lights and quite possibly your rear bumper.

yea you have to remove your tail lights, and then there are bolts hold it onto the car,same with the front one as well

u don't have to remove your tail lights. Yhe boults are in the trunk. Only 2 each side

so is it only the front where you need to remove the head lights?

don't know in front cause i don't drive a CRX. Sedan is different
