Canada vehicles any difference?

There's a '04 impala i want to go look at but it came from Canada now besides the instrument cluster is there any other differences i should be aware of or concerned with?

are the cars at all different for say part look up etc?

any thoughts would be appreciated.

Only difference may be the cluster. Some features may be different in the cluster such as KPH/MPH. Check engine light may be different.

They all do. Standard equipment, no more an option. Check engine light is different and so is the speedo. KPH/MPH. Although my car can switch back and forth.
