Heater problems

I'm having a problem with my heater, everything works fine except I can't get any heat to my feet, if I turn the dial to just the foot wells there's a very minimal amount of warm air coming from behind the dash in comparison to the windshield or vents in the dash which work fine. Any ideas?

Automatic or manual controls?
Look for floor vent door and actuator and make sure bothare woring full range.
If automatic check HAVC for codes and post back any codes.

It's the manual controls, where is the floor vent door located approximately?

There's a little electric motor that opens and closes the vent door?
