2004 Saturn Fan blows air only when it wants to
I have had my Saturn in the shop (both dealership and independent) and no one can tell me why the fan for the climate control system only blows when it wants to. They have replaced everything imaginable and still nothing. They have looked for a short in the wiring and can not find one. Any one have any ideas of where to look or what to do now?
