about exhaust

I was thinking about doing some custom exhaust work, trying to free up some air flow. and someone told me the back pressure from the exhaust can actually be good and help with performance, is that crap? I was thinking about getting dual exhaust curtesy of my friend whos a welder.

I don't exactally know what duals will do for you, but stillen and greddy have excellent exuasts. Tsudo and HKS are pretty good too. I'm running a Tsudo Agressor.

unless u have a supercharger or a turbo, you need backpressure for torque..if you go dual in N/A mode, you will lose a whole lot of torque.
