Seat Belt Retractor Problem. Help!
The rear seat belt retractors pulled the belts all the way in and won't let you pull them out. What's the problem? How do I fix it? BTW, I removed the seatbelts as part of plan to gut the back, then decided not to and need to reinstall them.
