pcv valve

Does anyone know where to locate the PCV valve on a '94 Cavalier (2.2L). Thanks.

It is in the valve cover. #235 in the teal higlighted box

john-- can you tell me what part # 236 is? It's a small black threaded knob that screws into the valve cover- when I replaced the PCV valve tonight I noticed it (the knob) was cracked and had melted a little on one side. Thnaks

It is from my Electronic GM Parts catalog at work.

I don't know of anywhere on the internet to find illustrations like that.

If you need I diagram and it is within our systems capability I can post it for you just email me with what you need.

Ok 236 is GM part number 10198806 it is called a PCV Valve Retainer.

what is part 202? i thought that was my pcv valve and i yanked it otu with some pliers. im installign a shortram and i figured id replace that while i was doing it.
