b18a build

Gonna build a b18a and put it into a 91 civic. Daily driven. Want to ahve power at the touch a switch so a 100 shot is gonna be put in. No my question is should 10:1 compression work? Gonna be going with Arias forged pistions but dont know about rods. What are the pro and cons of X-beam H beam, I beam, etc rods?

if your not going to be trigger happy with the switch then you can probably bump the shot up if your doing internals. a freind of mine runs a 100 shot at the track on a 95 b18b with stock internals and hes hitting low 13's and high 12's every once in a while

I thought about going turbo but i drive 60+ miles almost everyday. Nitrous won't be on all the time maybe once or twice a week so the engine won't be that abused

But 13 sec is my goal
