Red face need help buying a pcm

i need a new dodge pcm like the ones listed but those all say "refurbished". the dealer want's to charge me an arm and a leg. can anyone help?

The ones directly from your Dodge dealer will be expensive and all will more than likely be refurbished, usually because they don't make new ones anymore. That's why they have a expensive core on them too. I have talked to people that bought a PCM at a parts store like Autozone or O'reillys and they seem to work. I haven't done much research on the aftermarket side of PCM's so I don't know much about the quality. But then again a OEM part may last just as long as a aftermarket.
