Is there another source for something like MFH fuel line?

I bought the trumpet/intake kit for my Lotus 79 and it came with some nice fuel tube (1:24). I am having a hard time finding this product by itself. Is there another source for something like this? What would it be called? I have searched endlessly for .4mm and similar size silicone tube, rubber tube, etc. No results.

this is what I am looking for. I believe theirs is .4mm for 1/24 scale

Go to craft stores and look at what they have in the section with all the beads.
