Question Engine Swap Questions????

I have a 97 Accord SE. Ok, the problem is that I have the F22B2 engine. Just above where that is stamped, are the letters HA. I think that is so funny, and it's about right!
Anyway, I have found an H22A motor and everything to go with it. Everything! Tranny, starter,ECU,you name it. I am new to this import stuff, as far as an engine swap anyway, so I am wondering what I would be getting myself into by swapping. It sounds simple enough considering everything I think I would need, would be with the new motor. But nothing is ever simple , so I want to hear the details from someone who has done it. What all will I need to expect? Extras, surprises and whatever else you can think of.

hey i'm just finishing up the swap, and some things you will need that dont come with the swap are: power steering hose off a prelude, driver side engine mount off a prelude. if its jdm then you will need to use your accord harness and add some wires to it. lemme know if ya need anymore help.

H22A?! Ah yes great choice! JDM! What year may I ask? This will depend on how hard or difficult this swap actually is.. I did this swap in my Accord and she runs like a champ. We are running 14.2 n/a, just think when I boost it and throw a bottle on it. Oh yea!! Anyways, hit me up through email and I can help you with any questions you may have, I have a shit load of info that I can pass along to you!. Anywas I figured I would post some pics of my Accord and the first three are from the day after the swap to now, which is about an 8 month period. Enjoy and don't forget to email me. Hey Wags!!! and bckwld!!!
Well I am not sure what year the motor is. All I know is what the shop told me that it is 93-00 and that it has less than 40K on it. So that's a big time gap. I have a little more cash saving left to do before I buy it. Hopefully not much longer. These 135hp are killing me. Let me ask you this. What year do I need to be looking for? Because if I can find one that will be close to a direct fit, trust me I'll look! By the way, I love your car! Blue is my fave! Mine is silver so I intend on keeping it that color for less cash outflow reasons. Probably blue accents under the hood along with blue and silver to the interior. I don't plan on showing it. It is just for my enjoyment. Great job. Thanks for your replies.
