New Reman Motor.. Is this normal? video link included

So after 300k on my 96 XJ, i took the plunge and had a new reman engine installed, came with 4 year unlimited mile warranty. Well ive put about 600 miles on it and i thought when i got it back from the shop that it would run smooth like butter. From day 1 it acts like it is missing. here is a link to a video clip of what i am talking about. I put a glass of water on the oil cap and you can see how the water moves when the engine acts like it is missing. According to the shop they say the motor is just breaking in and that its normal. any thoughts thanks
