Model sites

Hello,

I would like you to direct me to sites for Model Cars and Die Cast cars that you think are good, and say why you think they are good.

If you check my profile you will see I have a site in construction, very early version, and I am very interested to know what it is that attracts modlers to various sites.

It's not always price that people are after. But good prices are good in any currency eh!

Please do not judge my site, it's just a very early work in progress.

www.f1kits.com is the site. It will carry a huge range of Kits & Casts, not just F1. I have access to thousands of quite unusual kits and casts... 99% automotive of some sort. Main strengths seem to be GB, Aussie and Asian with a sprinkling of Truck. Mostly out of production kits and casts.

Nothing on this site is for sale at the moment.

If this thread is not where it belongs, could the moderators move it with a link please?

Thanks for your time and I look forward to your replies.

Well, here is my take on things. To attract people (as customers) you must not only have good prices, you also have to have the correct attitude (being helpful and considerate to the customers), your operation has to be very well thought out and organized, and most of all, you have to earn a good reputation. So when you have all of the above in place, your business can slowly but steadily grow. You also have to have a good selection and a renewable stock. And did I mention favourable prices?

Good luck.
