Road Noise 2012 Sierra Crew Cab

I removed the back seat and the insulation pad. I noticed two vents, should I cover theese vents to get rid of a part of the road noise.
Would this ( covering the vents ) cause another problem in the ventilation
system.
Any help or experience in covering theese vents would be appreciat6ed.
Thanks

Those "vents" are actually pressure reliefs to keep the windows from blowing out when you close the doors with the windows up. If you watch them from the outside when someone closes the door, you'll see the flaps open and close. I would leave them alone.
