Radio issues

Just wondering if anybody has had a problem with the radio not coming on and the turn signal chime not working. 2008 hhr 2.4 LT1 just started today. Checked all fuses and they are fine disconnected battery to reset computer and that didn't work. I'm getting nothing on the display and it seem like no power to radio. Is there a fuse in the radio? Haven't taken the dash apart yet but that might be next. Any help would be great! Thanks

Basically, remove harness from radio and check the power and grounds in the harness....
