Strut Tower BRACING

Ok I'm looking to buy a strut tower brace for my front and for the rear (upper and lower). I also heard about a strut floor bar??? I just want to know
1.Does it matter the brand for performance reasons?
2.What the hell is a strut floor bar?
3.How much better will each of these items improve my handling?

Sorry, I don't have much input, but this is what I know. A front strut bar, (on top of the strut assembly) makes the steering a lot more precise mostly for a lowered car. I hear that a more thick sway bar in the rear is good for the overall handling. And I have no idea what a strut floor bar is.
