'01 z24 Cavalier - Clutch Noise. Throw bearing?

Only when I push the clutch pedal in, I hear an "air-escaping" like sound...almost like a hiss.
Anyone have any idea what the issue is and how do I go about replacing?

Would this be related to my car now idling high? (1.5 - 1.8k)

Have someone else in the vehicle push in the clutch. Look for a vacuum leak maybe around the brake booster. You maybe have to put the car on jack stands and listen it maybe a throw out bearing making noise. This would be where the transmission is bolted to the engine. You have to find where the noise is to repair.
