Exclamation 66SS firewall clearance problems with scattershield?

owned this 66SS for 40 years this APRIL never had a big block in it finally i bought a 468 BIG BLOCK for it!! first had hedder problems almost taken care of that .now im trying to put on my scattershield,cant get it up from bottom motor is close to firewall,are all lakewood scattershields same shape for chevys? this was off a camaro always had on car with small block all kinds of clearance?? GOING to try and install motor/scattershield/tranny togather not shure if it will fit but going to try changed frame motor mounts to big block ones from year one comparing small ones to big ones not a whole lot of difference any sugestions for me ??? thanks TUFF66SS

Problem solved installed motor,scattershield,tranny all togather as one unit,clearance is tight but it works
