2004 Grand Am SE 2.2l P0300 code and bogging down under 1/4 tank gas

I have a 2004 Grand Am SE, 2.2l, Manual trans. A few weeks ago, it began bogging down on inclines when the fuel level dropped below 1/4 tank and resolved when it was filled to any level above that. Last week it suddenly started running very rough and labored to accelerate although it idles at 1000 rpm. It coded a P0300, and I subsequently replaced the the fuel filter (which was severely clogged), the spark plugs (2 of which the electrode was entirelly missing from) and wires. After resetting the codes, I did a test drive. It coded again P0300, although it idles better it still runs rough and lacks power on acceleration. It also began cutting out/bogging down when it dropped below 1/4 tank and almost stalled. I also noticed a strong smell of gas like it was flooded. I'm stumped and in need of suggestions on which way to proceed. I also have available the freeze frame data from the OBD-II report. Thanks or any info you can provide.

How many miles on the car? Seems like you have been lax in your maintenance...Did you do the work, or did someone else(plugs)? This car does not have ignition wires......

Was a coil output test done? If a garage did it, their scan tool should have been able to pinpoint which cylinder(s) was misfiring.....

It's possible you have a fuel gauge or fuel sender problem, that is showing more fuel in the tank than there actually is.....so up hills, or on quick turns, if fuel is low enough, you could be intermittently sucking air....simple solution to that is, keep the tank well over 1/4 full......you never want to run your tank below 1/4(even with a perfectly running gauge), because you want fuel to cover that fuel pump....this keeps the pump cool and helps prevent it from overheating, which lengthens the life of the pump.......

You might check your fuel pressure.
almost sounds like your fuel pump might be going out.
