1993 Escort Steering Problem

Manual trans car, when driving straight ahead and any right steer, I feel and hear a vibration. As soon as I turn the wheel to the left (even the least little bit), the vibration is gone, speed does not affect the vibration, happens at all speeds. I checked all 4 boots, no holes or splits. Antbody have an idea as to whats going on?

Check the front end of the car. They do have problems with the outer tie rod ends and ball joints. Make sure they are tight. Also check the tires for wear and shifted belts.
