flywheel

yes i just got a flywheel for my 92 integra i was woundering how much horse and power i should get out of it.

What kind of flywheel? HOw much does it weigh? It doesn't really add horsepower.

it wont "add" hp, but you'll probably notice a slight increase in performance anyway. basically it just improves throttle response, going up and down. less inertia for the engine to move = more noticeable power, but not dynoed.
