Help finding hose that goes from back of water pump to oil filter adapter!!

I have a hose that is very soft and leaking a bit at the clamp. It hooks to the back of the water pump and goes to a metal line that goes over to the oil filter plate. It looks like a regular heater hose, maybe about 3/4" and about 6 inches or so long. Has anyone ever replaced this or know what the part or part number is.
