I really need some help on getting the lighting to continue across the door in this project. I tried cloning some of the lighting from other parts of the car, but that looked worse. Please help.

why don't you use the origional door? or the lighting from that? Just a thought. but if you want, draw a white line roughly 3-5 pixels in width from one side to the other of the missing door. use motion blur, it might take a 90 degree blur set to 5-10 pixels. then re-draw in the bottom of the light, for that rough edge. Just delete the part under that from the motion blur, line it up on the door and u should be set.
