Wax on car...
Well i just got back from my local hobby shop... i found out that they sell Tamiya Wax for 18 Cnd DOLLARS..... i was like WTF? a bit overpriced
i was just wondering in Automotive wax would work just as good and safe?
anyone here tired any? cause i am not paying 20 bucks for that puny little squirt bottle

Never tryed it, but some one told me that i need a bunch of coats on the car just in case so I'm not sure.

I use Meguiar's Deep Carnauba wax, it works great and doesn't take the paint off. Just make sure you have at least one clear coat.

I buy it for $15 Cdn in Toronto. May be you can check the proce in HLJ. HLJ and HobbySearch is stopping my local hobby shop sucking my blood.

It might only be a little bottle but i have used one bottle to do almost 70-80 models. You dont need to put much on a cloth as it goes along way.
Its very easy to apply and polish off.

Result is probably case by case.
Zymol doesn't seem to affect Tamiya TS or Gunze.
I haven't tried Meguiar's, but I have one, so I should go experiment.

thanks alot my wonderfull friends! WOW i bottle for 70-80 models~
THEN its HELLA worth it man!~~... and i kind of think~ its safer to use tamiya finishes on tamiya paint!
