Installing cd changer

im installing a cd changer as it says, and its telling me whre to plug it into the antenna and power but i dont know where that is on my 96 civic. can anyone help me out?

the antenna is behind the radio ofcourse silly. As for 12v it is a thick wire in the drivers knee panel it is 12 gauge and white.

ok i have more spacific things i am in need up plugging into. i need a 12v ACC power, it says to plug it into a power source that is on with the car is on but off when the car is off...then i need a 12v Power that is connected and always live...last i need a ground wire connected i know where this one is though. could you give me a little help on this one? thanks
