Have you checked for codes?

If no codes, present or history, then go into personalization, and check to see if it was accidentally disabled....if it was, "enable" it...

Ok, if no codes are present.......then you go into "personalization"......you access this through your DIC, Driver Information Center......you scroll through the various options, and when you reach remote start, change to enable.....

Double check your owner's manual for setting this procedure.....

This is an OEM system, and not an add on?
