chevrolet 2.2 S10

I have a Chev. S10, 2.2 which blew an engine.. I purchase a new rebuilt head and also replaced the engine motor also which the bearings, etc were all tight. I replaced the oil pump which was suppose to be good.
The problem is that I have no oil pressure, zero, none. None going to the filter or an auzillary gauge which I purchased just in case the dash gauge did not work. Can anyone help? Thanks, Ron

Firs step make sure oil pump drive is turning oil pump and that oil pump is pumping god and mounted good and screen is not stopped up or relief valve in pump is not stuck open.

Thanks very much..I think we have to pull the engine back out to check this, which is not easy.

Regards, Ronnie
