Remote start wont work

About a month ago, I hit a flock of turkeys in my 08 Silverado, dented my hood above the grill next to the driver side headlight, took it to the garage to have it fixed, now my remote start isn't working. It worked the day that I took it over to have the dealer fix the damage.

All it does now is my lights come on, and I hear the clicking noise under the hood but nothing happens. I also already tried resetting and relearning the key, that doesn't work either. what could be wrong?

It's possible they left the hood switch unplugged at the latch. Check the wiring to the switch also. That's where I would look first. The remote start needs to see that the hood is closed for it to work.
