99 blazer cranking problem

I have a 99 blazer that from time to time will not crank. It seems that there is no fuel going to the motor but after it sits for a few minutes it cranks right up. It does it randomly and seems to be no reason for it. I have replaced the filter, pump, cleaned the tank and its till doing it. Any suggestions?

Start...it will turn over so it's not the starter or battery...the battery is only a year old.

What is liter size of engine? If you have the spider type fuel system, those fuel systems are known for problems, Sticking fuel poppets for one. Check fuel pressure, also.

Can you check fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes? Did you visually check for spark at the spark plugs when problem is ongoing? Even a new battery will run down if you crank it enough without starting.
