Anyone know what this is??
It seems every time I look at this car I see something new!
I was changing my oil today, so I figured since I threw that CAT code, I would look at my exhaust system while I was down there. So I see this thing, looks like a boot of some sort apparently broken... I have no idea what it is... Any help greatly appreciated!

Re: Anyone know what this is??
It is your evaporator condensate drain tube-when the a/c is on and it is humid- water drips out- Notice the slot in the end- only GM W cars (yours) has the slot- all others are wide open- this can cause your drain to plug up- so I always cut the slot opening off when I see one. t is slotted by design to prevent massive air flow loss out the drain hole turn your blower motor on high- you'll feel the air flowing out.
