Third Gen Trans Am Raim Air Kit with stock hood.

Hello i have a question about 1982-1992 trans am ram air kits. My father told me about a ram air kit that uses the stock hood of a third gen trans am. That means it uses the vents on it to intake the air. he told me he used to see it in summit racing magazine years ago, but has never seen it again. My question is, does anyone know whre i can find this? It makes it a lot cheaper because you don't have to buy a new hood. I heard it adds as much power and everything. Does anyone know where i can get it or how it would be possible to create one.
