Increase HP by 4-13 and gas mileage 7-24%???

I was watching an infomercial for the Tornado.

http://www.tornadofuelsaver.com/info/

I am always a non-believer when it comes to infomercials, but the maker of this thing had a contraption that replacated an air intake. It was a clear tube with air being sucked into it. Inside there was this small propeller. It was spinning very slowly, until he put the tornado on the inlet. Then the propeller was spinning very fast.

I don't think that the fact that the propeller spun faster because more air was flowing in, but because the air was flowing in in a cyclonic fashion.

Anyone have hear about this thing or have it?

Tornado...

It's junk. Sport Compact Car did a test on it a while back and it's didn't stand up to the claimed reaults. Really it did nothing. Also, think of this, how many cars in magazines, at import shows, races, or events, have this? None.
Don't waste your money on this gimmick, put your money into a real power gainer.

If it's in an infomercial, it must be junk. You can search the entire web and not find anyone that can prove that thing works. Just play it safe and get a JWT POP-charger or Cold Air Intake. BTW, speaking of gas mileage, you may want to double check your O2 sensor to make sure that it's woking properly. If it's bad, you'll notice a drop in performance and mileage.

keep in mind that when they sell these things they include other gas saving "tips". you know what they are:

accelerate slowly and smothly
never floor it
upshift as soon as possible
etc etc

so people get their new toy, install it, and read the tips, follow them.....

key part of the sentance: they follow the gas saving tips... all of a sudden their gas milage goes up 4-7 mpg! the dumb fools actually think it worked. and then they volunteer to give testimonial on the infomercials.

BTW, didin't see that you already have a JWT POP-charger. But like I said, just make sure that the O2 sensor is working.

Putting something in the way of the air going into your engine is prob going to lower HP. Duh.
