bogged down zc, why?

last week i was changing the clutch on my zc, having a hell of a time getting the tranny back up so i just pulled the motor. it was a lot easier getting it connected with the motor out, and i had it back in that same day, but now that its back in, when i go to drive it, and push the gas it just bogs down, it was throwing code 16, which is fuel injectors, so i re checked all the connections, and wiring and now the codes off but i still cant drive it. it idles just fine, but when any gas is given to it, it just boggs, like it wants to die. hopefully it does, that'll give me a reason, to start back up, building my ls/vtec.
thanks for any input.

man there has been a code 16 running around in my car for months and i can't track the fucker down. i had my injectors professionally cleaned, i had all of the wiring and fuses and all that shit checked, etc... i think honda makes the code 16 eternal just so you spend money getting your car fixed.
