how did this guy get a front grill like that under his hood...between the lights. is it a bumper from a diff car?...if so what car?

he could have cut it. But I'm not sure. Seems like cutting it would work though.

Its just an aftermarket front bar. The aftermarket ones are a one piece and rather then the stock 2 piece one. No cutting of the hood is required.
