Who would win??

Stock 98 Taurus with the 24v Duratec, vs a 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T?

My friend at work has a black one, and wants to go head to head.
both are automatics.

What cars out there would the tec stomp on?

r/t would spank yur taurus. It is built by mitsu, i think it has a 3.0 v6 with over 200hp. Yur taurus has 150hp, it went to 190hp in 1999.

Obviously, you don't know your engines, or you just didn't bother to read my first post...

I have the 24Valve 3.0L DURATEC, that engine is rated at 200hp, 210Lbs of torque If I remember correctly.

Base engine for the taurus is a 3.0L, and again, obviously you didn't read my first post, or you would have know it wasn't the base engine.
